You can cancel your subscription to bycly.it by sending an e-mail to INFO@BYCLY.IT requesting the deletion of your account.

Order and Delivery

How can I place an order?

Placing an online order is very easy. Select the products and add them to the cart. The items you selected will be listed in the cart. You can keep shopping or checkout if you have found everything you were looking for. Your account remembers the preferred addresses and methods of payment, so placing an order is quick and easy. Verify that the information is correct before proceeding.

Can I modify my cart?

Click on the cart icon to view the products you ordered. You can modify the quantities or eliminate products previously added to the cart and continue browsing.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The method of payment currently accepted is Paypal. Through Paypal, you can use your credit or debit card securely even without creating an account.

Can I deliver to a different address?

While registering, you can add a delivery address different from your billing address. Your order will automatically be associated to the address provided, but you can always modify it.

What is the current status of my order?

You can see the status of your order by accessing the "Orders” section of your account.

Where do you ship and how long does it take? What are the delivery costs?

We deliver all over Italy with express courier! If the order is shipped to Italy, the cost is already included in the price of the bicycle. For shipments to EU countries, you can view an estimated delivery cost before you complete your purchase based on the destination and on the item chosen. It generally takes 5-10 working days to delivery an order.

Can I change my order once it's been processed?

To modify your order, please contact us at INFO@BYCLY.IT. We will always try to do our best to meet your needs if possible.

I have received my package but it’s damaged, what can I do?

When the courier asks you to sign the delivery note, add “damaged goods” next to your signature or, if you only suspect your package may be damaged, add “accepted subject to inspection”. Once you open the package, contact us immediately at INFO@BYCLY.IT if the content is damaged. This way, we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

How do I apply the discount before paying if a special promotion applies to a product I intend on purchasing?

You don’t need to do anything! In case of a special promotion, the discount will be applied automatically to the product in your cart.

How do I return a purchase?

Should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without having to specify a reason within 14 working days from delivery. In case of services, the 14 days start from the conclusion of the contract, except for goods sold “made to measure”.

Can I monitor my shipment?

Once the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the e-mail you entered while placing your order. We will also provide additional information to monitor your shipment.

In what way is your product sustainable?

Bicycles are the most ecological and healthiest means of transport. Those manufactured by Bycly even more so because they are equipped with a belt transmission that requires no lubrication and that makes pedalling more comfortable and pleasant. The materials used to make the frames and forks are non-polluting, long-lasting and easy to retrieve. Bycly endorses Italian craftsmanship and contributes to the domestic economy in its own small way. By selling the products directly, Bycly tries to limit bigger intermediation costs.

Where are the products developed and packaged?

The design, development and packaging of each bicycle are performed at the Bycly operating facility just a few kilometres from Bologna. A team of expert professionals studies the best technological systems day after day to make Bycly products increasingly resistant and performing.

What materials do you use?

We mainly use Hi-Ten Steel and Aluminium that are very long-lasting and of a certified quality.

Are your products suitable for children?

At the moment, we do not manufacture bicycles suitable for children. For safety reasons, do not let minors below 165 cm ride the bicycles.

Where can I purchase spare parts for my Bycly bicycle?

All the components employed by Bycly have standard measurements and are interchangeable with equivalent products that can be purchased in specialised bicycle shops or directly from Bycly by sending an e-mail to: INFO@BYCLY.IT indicating the name of the component and any other useful element to identify the part correctly.

Where can I see Bycly bicycles up close?

Bycly’s operating facility features a showroom in Via XXV Aprile 1945 n. 15/2 e 15/3 – 40016 – San Giorgio di Piano (BO) where you can purchase the products in the catalogue or collect those ordered on the website.
