A phone number to contact the Customer is always required.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from when they were delivered.

 

They must notify Bycly srl about their decision to withdraw via the following: Bycly S.r.l, via Azzurra 41 – 40138 Bologna (BO), e-mail: info@bycly.it (general information), Certified e-mail: bycly@legalmail.it.

 

The customer will be reimbursed of all its payments, including delivery costs, within 14 (fourteen) days from when Bycly was notified of the withdrawal or from when it received the Products relating to the Contract from which the Customer withdrew. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used by the Customer.

 

Goods must be returned or delivered to Bycly at: Bycly S.r.l. via XXV Aprile n° 15/2 e 15/3 40016, San Giorgio di Piano (BO), Italy. Without delay and anyway within 14 (fourteen) days from when Bycly was notified of the withdrawal.

 

The term is complied with if the Customer ships the goods before 14 (fourteen) days.

 

Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

 

(a) if the goods are made to measure and/or clearly customised;

 

(b) if the goods have been altered or damaged;

 

(c) if the goods are missing some of their parts. Professional Customers may not exercise their right of withdrawal in any case.
